As you can see this property has a breathtaking view of long lake. However the property is on a hillside making the terrain difficult to manipulate. Their initial landscape and small grass area were sloped with no reataining work which made it unuseful and left the homeowner feeling unsafe each time he mowed the lawn. After finding out the clients wants needs and desires we transformed this little non functioning area into a breathtaking outdoor living environment, large enough to entertain their entire homeowners association. We used natural boulders, steps and pavers to create a warm welcoming path to the living area, which we strategically placed to take full advantage of their incredible view. We then utilized the soil we removed for the living area to build up their lawn area up maiking it flat, useful, and more importantly, safe to mow.
